Mobile CrossFit…we come to you!

Last night Glenn and I  used our CrossFit Relentless Mobile  Unit ( the only one in the state) to deliver a little CrossFit philosophy and culture to some great people in Farmington. Over 15 people showed up for a “suprise” birthday party for one lucky husband.I’m pretty sure he was expecting something else for a gift but instead got a good dose of CrossFit from CrossFit Relentless. I would love to be a fly on the wall in their house this morning as they try to walk downstairs! The birthday boy was completely taken by surprise to say the least and to his credit was a great sport about it as he took on the wod with gusto. Thank you to all who participated in the fun and thank you Charlie Cavo for setting this up!
