Blogging from ringside!

Lest you think we’re out here just having fun we wanted to let you all know we are on the job. We got up at 5 am to be able to get ringside seats and report back to you all.

The ladies are in the middle of wod 7 that features double understand,overhead squats,handstand pushups and 275 lb sled push.absolutely brutal!

Watching these ladies close up you get to see all the nasty bruises,rips and rope burns from the past 2 days of competition.these ladies are warriors for sure.

The men are up after this and the top 12 men and women move on after this event,the rest go home.

Our own Karen Rackliffe goes on at 10:30 am and then again at 1:30 pm. She is in a strong position at 5 place and we will see what today brings.keep your fingers crossed.

The final team event is beyond cool. while I’m not happy that the top 6 teams have been reset into a 1 event elimination wod to d die who is the best the wod selection is of epic proportions.

Each member of the team will have to perform one of the names wod including Fran! that is beyond cool and we are rooting hard for our regions on CFNE.
