I have seen my friend Brenda (and family) change over the last year and she has been my inspiration to join CFR. I joined 7 weeks ago and am so thrilled to be part of the CFR community.
Before joining I was a regular at a Simsbury gym. I tried boot camps and personal trainers, I did see results, but it was short term and I was talented at ‘falling off the wagon’. I became the typical yoyo dieter.
What I like about CFR is that the coaches set the bar high, everyone is very supportive of each other, it is a daily challenge with yourself to get stronger, faster, better.
I have seen some nice results even in the short period of time since I have joined. I have lost 15 lbs, have a very easy time staying motivated, eat much healthier than before: food is fuel!
One comment on cost: between a regular gym membership and personal trainers/ bootcamp, CFR is the better deal and it works!
Merle and Glenn do a fantastic job of motivating athletes on every level and building a community. I can’t wait to see where this CFR journey will take me next.
