3 mini wods

For todays wods we decided to spread the work over several different types of movements. First up was a timed 1 mile run. Second was a nasty little 5 minute amrap of 3 hang power cleans and 7 clapping pushups and lastly we did another 5 minute amrap of 3 push presses with 7 pull ups. I love the wods that spread the physical tasks over a broad range of tasks. It’s a great test of overall fitness and it’s cool to see the improvement as well as find out where our collective goats are.
